WEEKLY RUNNING TRAINING
LRC running training is held weekly:
Tuesday & Thursday 5.30am - 6.30am
Meeting at the FRONT OF City Fitness Health Club
A weekly morning run for all runners, including beginners:
Saturday 5.45am - 7.00am
Meeting at Bluewater Lagoon
Every 11 weeks a new group of beginners start to train for a 5km distance. Those who have completed the program continue to run to better their times and run longer distances. There is also the opportunity for a social get together afterwards, making friends over a coffee/tea after the run.
